
Kevin Albert Investor Relations
Kevin Albert is a Managing Director and is responsible for the investor relations functions of Elevation Partners. Kevin has twenty-four years of experience working with institutional investors. Prior to joining Elevation, Kevin was a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Equity Private Placement Group at Merrill Lynch & Co where he led a market leading private equity fund placement business as well as a unit that syndicated minority interest private equity and co-investment opportunities to institutional investors. Prior to that role, Kevin served in a variety of generalist investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch. Kevin serves as an independent director on the board of Merrill Lynch Ventures, LLC and Kecalp, Inc., a series of private equity partnerships offered to key Merrill Lynch employees aggregating over $1.8 billion of original committed capital. Kevin has a B.A. and an M.B.A from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Tracy Hogan CFO
Tracy Hogan is the Chief Financial Officer of Elevation Partners. Tracy has over eight years of experience in the private equity finance, administration and operations areas. Prior to joining Elevation, Tracy was the Vice-President of Finance at Fox Paine & Company, a private equity firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before that, Tracy was the Vice President of Finance at Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Prior to joining Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC, Tracy spent four years with Ernst & Young's Audit Practice in Chicago and Boston. Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. degree from Saint Mary's College where she graduated magna cum laude.

Bob Linzy CIO
Bob Linzy is the Chief Information Officer for Elevation Partners. As an early member of Elevation's team, Bob lead the design, engineering and deployment of Elevation's technology infrastructure including leading edge integration of network, server, IP Phone & audio/video technologies. Bob has over 20 years IT experience with 15 years in senior IT positions. Prior to Elevation, Bob was Program Manager for worldwide security and disaster recovery at Electronic Arts. Previously, Bob managed IT and online operations for several Silicon Valley companies supporting e-commerce and hosted security applications. Prior to this, Bob held many key IT positions at Hewlett Packard, Wang Laboratories and the US Air Force.

Susan Gillick Controller
Susan Gillick is the Controller of Elevation Partners. Susan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Susan has over eight years of experience in public and private company financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Elevation, Susan served as the Controller of Fox Paine & Company, a private equity firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Susan began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ audit practice in New York.

Sonia Shulman Staff Accountant
Sonia Shulman joined Elevation Partners with over sixteen years of accounting and finance experience in the investment and venture capital industry. Prior to joining Elevation, Sonia worked for R. Eliot King and Associates, an investment management office. Before that, Sonia spent fourteen years at McCown De Leeuw & Co., a private equity investment firm. Sonia was raised in Switzerland and is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish. Sonia holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University where she graduated magna cum laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Chris Lassiter Systems Administrator
Chris Lassiter joined Elevation Partners in January 2005 as a Systems Administrator. Before joining Elevation, he worked as a Systems Engineer supporting the Executive Team at Apple Computer. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from California State University, Chico.

Leslie Acosta Assistant to Martin Fichtner and Greg Richardson
Leslie Acosta joined Elevation Partners as receptionist in November 2006 when she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area from Dallas, Texas. Leslie was promoted to an administrative assistant in October 2007. Before joining Elevation, she served as a member of Americorps through The Jumpstart Program, a non-profit organization benefiting children and families of a lower socioeconomic status. Leslie holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University where she graduated summa cum laude, and is an alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta.

Kathy Cabral Assistant to Bret Pearlman
Kathy Cabral joined Elevation Partners from Lehman Brothers where she was assistant to various Managing Directors of Fixed Income/Energy trading. Prior to Lehman, Kathy worked in the Los Angeles area with a restructuring bankruptcy firm within their accounting department. In the past Kathy has also worked in High Yield Research as a desk top publisher. Kathy began her administrative career as an executive secretary for Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets. Kathy is a native New Yorker who lived in Puerto Rico for a few years as a child and is fluent in Spanish.

Veronica Dickerson Assistant to Patty Halfen and David Tanzer
Veronica Dickerson joined Elevation Partners from Estee Lauder Companies where she was Fleet Administrator. Prior to a Fleet Administrator Veronica was a Travel and Expense Auditor in the Accounting department. She graduated from LaGuardia Community College with an Associate in Accountancy Applied Science A.A.S and Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business with a B.B.A. in Accountancy. Veronica was born, raised and educated in her native city of New York.

Julie Hamilton Assistant to Marc Bodnick
Julie Hamilton joined Elevation Partners as assistant to Marc Bodnick. She was born and raised in Scotland and then moved to London to begin her career with the British Diplomatic Service. She worked at large for the Far Eastern Department and spent a short time working in Beijing, China. Julie then spent five years working at the Political Section of the British Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia before coming to California and joining Elevation Partners.

Vickie Highlund Assistant to Roger McNamee
Vickie Highlund joined Elevation Partners from TiVo where she was assistant to the Chairman and CEO and a member of the founding team. Prior to joining TiVo, she was assistant to the COO at SGI. Vickie began her administrative career at Raychem Corporation in North Carolina as assistant to the Vice President of Sales and was Communications Manager prior to relocating to the Bay Area.

Fran Mottie Assistant to Fred Anderson
Fran Mottie joined Elevation Partners from Apple Computer where she was the assistant to Fred Anderson, EVP & CFO. Prior to joining Apple, Fran was the office manager at the Bank of British Columbia in San Francisco. Fran was born, raised and educated in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Lizbeth Sherman Assistant to Sherwin Chen and Adam Hopkins
Lizbeth Sherman joined Elevation Partners in March of 2009. Prior to joining the Elevation family, she worked for Paine + Partners (formerly Fox Paine & Company) where she assisted a Partner and several Principals. Before Paine + Partners, Lizbeth worked for a venture capital firm and a number of other firms outside the finance industry. She has 10 years of experience as an executive assistant. Lizbeth is a native Californian and speaks fluent Spanish.

Taryn Ricker Assistant to Kevin Albert
Taryn Ricker joined Elevation Partners from Merrill Lynch & Co. where she was the assistant to Kevin Albert, Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group.

Jenny Kim Office Coordinator / Assistant to Bob Linzy
Jenny Kim joined Elevation Partners in the beginning of 2008. Prior to joining Elevation, Jenny was an Administrative Assistant in the Training & Education Department at Abbott Vascular. Previously, Jenny was working as a Research Assistant at EMQ Children & Family Services. She graduated from U.C. Riverside with a B.A. in Psychology.
